Chloes Media Poster + Digipak

Here is my media poster:

For the background, i typed into google 'old paper texture' and i found a typical western background which i decided to use.
For the advertisement that promotes the Digipak, i decided to use a typical "WANTED" idea to go with our western theme, which shows the fun of our film and to show our target audience - teenagers who are into rock/indie type music - that our music video should not be taken too seriously. If the audience had not already seen our music video, i had hoped that they would gather from the poster that our video is enjoyable to watch and quite stylish..
I then chose the font on a website called "www.dafont.com" and after looking through almost every font there was to offer, i chose Nashville font as i thought it suited the theme of our music video, stylish and clear and showing the western theme,
My Digipak idea was to crop our faces from an already existing picture (the main picture on this blog) and i made each little picture into a cuboid effect. I took inspiration for this idea from the album cover Kings of Leon - Only by the Night. Furthermore, i thought this idea would be good as it also represents the intervals in our music video when we - the cowgirls and the indians - each do performance parts (playing bongos, singing, dancing etc).
Lastly, I chose the cuboid effect because our film is quite mixed up and interchanging during the scenes. We show bits of the cowgirls, bits of the indians and at the end, we all come together. This is like a puzzle when you put certain parts together, in order to make the whole picture.
